When I turned 15, I decided to volunteer in different types of restaurants, starting as a dishwasher and from there on I progressed through every possible position that you could be in the kitchen.
After all the type of restaurants I’ve worked in, if you ask me what I like or enjoy to put in the table, it’s one single – dish but done in the best possible way.”
